Simmons Beautyrest Mattress
Simmons has been in the mattress business a very long time — 135 years! If any company knows how to produce a better sleeping mattress, it must be Simmons. Their research and mattress designs have introduced innovative products like Beautyrest® Pocketed Coil® spring mattress, the Hide-A-Bed® product and HealthSmart™ bed.

Simmons is committed to developing superior mattresses so we can enjoy a higher quality of sleep – sadly, which most of us don’t get enough. To help in that regard, one great innovation was the Olympic® Queen mattress. What Simmons did was make it six inches bigger. That may not sound like a lot but those 6 inches contribute to 10% more sleeping room than a standard queen. And it fits on a traditional queen frame. Most folks simply sleep better when they have a bit more room to stretch out.

Each Beautyrest product is equipped with the original Pocketed Coil® springs. Then it’s a matter of choosing your personal favorite in fabrics and foams. Let’s take a look at some of these models.
Beautyrest Classic
The Beautyrest Classic is the basic mattress in this line and your gateway to undisturbed sleep. The Classic supports your body with 800 Pocketed Coil, the neat little invention by Simmons that conforms to your unique body composition. Your own little space! And the coils keep it that way but buffering any motion going on in other areas of the mattress.
The Classic has two rows of edge support springs that provide support when you’re sitting on the mattress edge. (You won’t want to get up because you’re so comfortable!)
Everyone has preferences for comfort and the Classic caters to your desires. This model is available in Firm, Plush or Pillow Top. You’ll have to try them all to see which one you enjoy the best. You’ll also want to choose between fabric options like woven and faux knits.
And to further dial in your preferences, the Beautyrest classic is available in the space-age technology of Visco Memory Foam. (NASA invented this material for the astronauts.)
If you ever have the need to apply 2,000 pounds of pressure, the available Triton® Foundation is there to support you. (Though I’m not sure why you would drop a ton on your bed. But you can!)
A great feature of the Classic is the No-Flip Design. If you’ve ever ‘flipped’ a mattress, you know what a chore this can be. The Classic is designed for lasting durability. Flipping not required.
Beautyrest World Class
The Beautyrest World Class® line is an upgrade to the Classics 800 Pocketed Coil design to a 980 Pocketed Coil® spring unit. The World Class is encased in 3 inches of Ultra 360° foam. With the 360° foam encasement you can ‘hunker down’ right to the mattress edge and still be totally comfortable as your cradled with high density latex or visco memory foam. (Or a combination of both!
Don’t let the word ‘foam’ mislead you. Visco memory foam or latex are soft yet durable. You still select your comfort level: Firm, Plush or Pillow Top. Fabric selections include embroidered suede and stretch knit.
The Beautyrest World Class with the Triton Foundation supports up to 2,000 pounds of pressure and like the Classic, comes with the No-Flip design.
Beautyrest Exceptionale
Moving up in the Beautyrest product line is the Beautyrest Exceptionale®. The Exceptionale has a whopping 1960 density Pocketed Coil® spring unit, and Simmons innovative Two Story® Coil on Coil construction.
Like the World Class Model, the Exceptionale features Ultra 360° foam encasement and luxurious fabric selections (stretch knit fabrics blended with natural yarns). And you can choose between latex foam or premium visco memory foam layers (or a combo!).
The last in the popular Beautyrest line up is the Beautyrest® NxG™. NxG takes the premium features of the other Beautyrest models and kicks it up a notch. NxG is the next generation of advanced memory foam technology.
Beautyrest® NxG
Some may have heard about heat build up with foam mattress. Simmons solved that with the Beautyrest® NxG™. This Advanced Memory Foam has superior heat dissipation qualities with quicker recovery.
Simmons creates this Advanced Memory Foam special vacuum-sealed chamber. This process increase airflow and resilience to the three inches of high density foam.
As you would expect, the Beautyrest® NxG is available in Firm, Plush or Pillow Top comfort options. What you may not expect is that this model enters into a new level of comfort by introducing the patent-pending Evenloft™ Design that features Body Contouring Stretch Knit Fabric. Nice!
